1. Scope of Services

Clear Sky Cleaning provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, companionship/entertainment while cleaning and window cleaning. Specific services will be outlined in your agreement or booking confirmation.


2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
  • Changes or cancellations to bookings must be made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (see Section 6).

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and effective service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements during booking.
  • Allow access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or personal items before cleaning.
  • Inform us of any potential hazards, such as loose flooring, pets, or sensitive surfaces.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Health and Safety

  • Clear Sky Cleaning adheres to New Zealand’s Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
  • Our team will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • If unsafe conditions are identified, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service until the issue is resolved.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows or failure to provide property access at the scheduled time may result in a full charge for the service.

7. Liability and Damages

  • We take great care during our services, but we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
    • Loss or damage to unsecured valuables.
  • Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

  • We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment.
  • If you prefer specific products to be used, you must notify us in advance and supply the items.
  • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of client-supplied products.
